Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Unlike more active styles of yoga, poses are held for longer periods of time, allowing the body to gently stretch the connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, and joints.
This practice encourages deep relaxation, improved flexibility and mobility, and nervous system regulation while creating space for mindfulness and inner stillness. Yin Yoga is accessible to all experience levels and is supported with props to help you find comfort in each pose.
